The new outdoor lounge at The Capital Wheel has taken a spooky turn. Every Friday in October, Flight Deck will become Fright Deck...swimming in fog, swaddled in spiderwebs and crawling with creepy creatures. Little ghouls aged 3-11 dressed in costume can ride The Capital Wheel free with a paid adult every Friday in October from 10 am-6 pm. As the sun begins to set, things take a slightly scarier spin as Flight Deck transforms into Fright Deck complete with roaming ghouls, fog, and witches
