A mutt-to-market extravaganza! Neighbors and their canine companions are invited to a pooch-friendly sidewalk soirée benefiting BARCS (Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter), featuring food, music, photos, tastings, and more! Admission ($10) includes attendee’s first beverage, chips, and one beef, chicken, or veggie hot dog (complete with gourmet toppings)—plus a donation to protect and defend homeless, abused, and neglected animals in our community.
