The Friends School of Baltimore Future of Education Series will present Patricia McGuire, J.D., president of Trinity Washington University. Ms. McGuire joined Trinity College as its president in 1989 at a time when enrollment was steeply declining and shifted its target audience to better serve African American and Latina women from D.C. Public Schools. Today, under President McGuire, Trinity serves more than 2,100 students, of whom 95% are African American or Latina women and 50% live in D.C.
