The League of Women Voters of Howard County is presenting Gerrymandering 101, the basics about the practice of politicians choosing the voters – rather than the other way around – when they create election maps every ten years. From Annapolis to the U.S. Supreme Court, this issue has been a hot topic in 2018, and this course is the place to get answers from a non-partisan organization committed to voter education and fair elections for all Marylanders.
