It is serious pleasure to sit with a glass of wine at Cinghiale's long marble bar and working your way through exquisitely handled cheese charcuterie and Julian Marcucci's inspired menu which has been inspired by Northern Italian cuisine but which always comes across as wholly original. The food beautifully and simply presented consistently delivers complex and surprising flavors.
