Sometimes when ordering fancy maki it helps to have some visuals and you're not going to get better visuals than watching the actual dish slowly revolve around the bar (don't worry the plates are covered). There are pros and cons to eating sushi this way: hungry patrons can drool as the delectable dinner options go by but they may also eat a lot more than normal because it all looks so darn tasty. And those different colored plates (which determine the prices) stack up fast.
